Returns & Refunds Policy

At Welkom Business Machines, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.

Faulty or damaged items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no cost to you. Items must be returned with proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).

What is not covered

We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, or items that are simply no longer needed. Returns are only accepted where a product is genuinely defective or was not what you ordered.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened ink and toner cartridges, custom-cut or made-to-order items, and audio equipment that has been used or installed cannot be returned unless faulty.

Refunds

Approved refunds for defective items are processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange defective items for the same product, subject to stock availability.
