A good delivery book does two jobs at once: it gives your driver or despatch team a written record of what left the warehouse, and it gives your customer a document to sign confirming what arrived. The duplicate copy stays with you, creating a paper trail that protects your business if there's ever a dispute about a missing or damaged item.

Choosing the right size comes down to your delivery volume and what you're recording. A6 books are popular with mobile delivery teams and smaller operations doing a handful of line items per delivery. A4 books like the JD4160 give you more space per entry, useful if you're listing multiple products, quantities and special instructions per delivery.
