Duplicate or triplicate? For most small restaurants and cafés, a duplicate book covers the basics — kitchen copy and customer bill. Triplicate makes more sense for larger establishments with separate bar and kitchen stations, where each area needs its own copy of the order without anyone having to relay information verbally.
